What changed for the English edition?
Three things changed in the updated solicitation, according to ICv2. The release moved by about four months, the first set got a new name, and distribution details firmed up.
| Item | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Release | Friday, November 20, 2026 | March 2027 |
| BS-01 set name | Silent Giant | Outland Predator |
| Distribution | GTS exclusive | GTS Distribution via Cardmonster Inc. (Cardmon) |
Silent Giant was the name of the first Korean language set. The names of the expansion set and the two starter decks have not changed: the Raptor Strike EX-01 expansion, and the When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth and The Gate Is Open starters, are all still listed under their original names.
What is in the first wave?
The first wave pairs the booster sets with the two starters and a line of accessories. When the game was announced in September 2026, ICv2 listed BS-01 at 101 card types, Raptor Strike EX-01 at 57 card types, and each starter deck at 75 cards. The game was created by Korean company Young Cha under an official Universal license, with design backing from Shinomoto Ryo, who previously worked on the One Piece Card Game and the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Our coverage of Bandai’s latest One Piece set, EB-05 and its new Nico Robin Leader, shows the design lineage Jurassic Park is borrowing from.
Alongside the cards, an accessories wave of officially licensed deck cases, playmats, sleeves and binders will reach stores in March 2027, according to ICv2.
Why did the release move?
No reason for the move was reported. ICv2’s update lists the new date, the new set name and the distribution arrangement, but does not say why the English edition slipped from November to March, so the reason is unconfirmed.
