Where can I read the full banned list for each format?

The full list for every format is on the official Wizards of the Coast Banned and Restricted page, linked in the Source line below. That page lists the banned cards for Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Pauper, Commander and the other formats in one place, and it notes that only Vintage uses a restricted list, where a restricted card is limited to one copy in a deck and sideboard combined. A card banned in one format can still be legal in another, because the lists are format specific and apply to Constructed formats, not Limited.

Is Commander covered by these announcements?

Commander has its own banned list on the same official page, and the October 12, 2026 announcement made no Commander changes. Commander also uses the bracket system and the Game Changers list for power level discussions, which are separate from the banned list.
